Holt did an outstanding job installing our new water softener and replacing four faucets and a shower in one day. Austin and Chris were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Their workmanship was top-notch, and they left everything clean and looking great. Edited to add: We had Dillion and Logan W come to do some plumbing work for us today and they were amazing! We had to wait for the City of Ankeny to turn our water back on when Logan and Dillion were done and they actually waited with us to be sure nothing was leaking before they left. We really appreciated it.! JD and Robert both did a great job our recent visits. They were very personable and very knowledgeable! We appreciated the honest evaluation and the different options they offered for things we need.

Yesterday evening our water heater was leaking. We called Holt Plumbing & Heating, and they sent J.D. out after hours to see what was going on. He arrived after 7PM and was friendly, funny, and most importantly knowledgeable. He walked us through the malfunction, and talked to us about some additional WDM hard water issues, etc. He provided us with a variety of options to get us back up and running asap. Austin showed up about 9AM, ready to get to work. We worked with him to make sure we were on the same page as far as installation, piping, etc. and he made it happen. He was able to maximize the space in the utilities area, clean up the prior piping to look and function professionally, made sure we got our warranty information completed, marked our salt bin for “when to refill” and “how high to fill,” cleaned the area, and was utterly amazing. Nate (supervisor) even swung out to see how it was going since it was such a big job, we replaced both the water heater and water softener. We would recommend J.D., Austin, and Holt Plumbing to anyone, and can’t thank Nate enough for having such a solid team! Thanks guys!
