Holt did an outstanding job installing our new water softener and replacing four faucets and a shower in one day. Austin and Chris were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Their workmanship was top-notch, and they left everything clean and looking great. We truly appreciate their expertise and attention to detail. Highly recommend Holt for quality service and excellent customer care! Thank you, Austin and Chris!

Edited to add: We had Dillion and Logan W come to do some plumbing work for us today and they were amazing! We had to wait for the City of Ankeny to turn our water back on when Logan and Dillion were done and they actually waited with us to be sure nothing was leaking before they left. We really appreciated it.! JD and Robert both did a great job our recent visits. They were very personable and very knowledgeable! We appreciated the honest evaluation and the different options they offered for things we need.

Yesterday evening our water heater was leaking. We called Holt Plumbing & Heating, and they sent J.D. out after hours to see what was going on. He arrived after 7PM and was friendly, funny, and most importantly knowledgeable. He walked us through the malfunction, and talked to us about some additional WDM hard water issues, etc. He provided us with a variety of options to get us back up and running asap. Austin showed up about 9AM, ready to get to work. We worked with him to make sure we were on the same page as far as installation, piping, etc. and he made it happen. He was able to maximize the space in the utilities area, clean up the prior piping to look and function professionally, made sure we got our warranty information completed, marked our salt bin for “when to refill” and “how high to fill,” cleaned the area, and was utterly amazing. Nate (supervisor) even swung out to see how it was going since it was such a big job, we replaced both the water heater and water softener. We would recommend J.D., Austin, and Holt Plumbing to anyone, and can’t thank Nate enough for having such a solid team! Thanks guys!

Logan was the tech who came to service my plumbing issues. He was very thorough & communicated very well. He quickly located the cause of the issue I was having & provided the steps to resolve. Logan also offered additional services for things that wasnt necessarily on my mind but that I found to be very helpful, such as reminding me that my water heater may need replaced in the near future due to its age. I did not feel pressured at all to agree to anything, which for me, is a HUGE plus! I give Holt & Logan 5 stars for their responsiveness, knowledge, work completion & customer service. I'll absolutely use Holt & hopefully Logan for any future plumbing needs.

Our furnace went out, David was out that afternoon to check it out. We ended up deciding to go ahead with a new furnace and AC. Josiah was here two days later for installation, he was very prompt and efficient. He answered all our questions and he and his crew did a great job of cleaning up after the job was completed.

Very professional technician. Very thorough and detail oriented. He provided me with details of the reported concern after diagnosis. Accurately discussed potential issues with HVAC and action plan. Shared contact information of team member for next step, he personally stepped up and took responsibility on behalf of the company from a prior issue. Also I want to recognize Justin Venn who went out of his way to go over a new furnace/ AC system. Justin thoroughly examined our home and put together options to accommodate our needs. We did not feel pressured and he was able to address our questions in regard to the new system. He went on to provide me with his contact information for any future needs or issues. He took ownership and made us feel more confident with a previous not so pleasant issue we experienced and promoted Holt Heating and Cooling to keep us and retain us as a customer going forward. The technicians who installed our new system were very professional and polite and very efficient. They took the time to go over everything with us. I have been recommending Holt Heating and Plumbing with our family and friends. Thank You all for Great Service!

Holt performed a complete tearout and replacement of my HVAC system and water heater. Pat and Micki were the team that headed my project. They were outstanding: knowledgeable, patient, and skilled. Moved me from worst to first in the neighborhood. Not exaggerating when I say the peace of mind I’ve gained with an updated and properly installed system that meets code is priceless.

Trent did an awesome job! He explained everything in detail. He was very thorough, very kind, and pleasant. He noticed things that I never would have noticed. He also saved us from having to replace more in the future. Highly recommend. Trent was here for my heater. Quentin was also at my house with my plumbing. He as well did an amazing job! He was very polite as well! He did a good job of explaining things. That he could, he fixed what he could, and set up what was needed for the next steps. Cameron also came to our home and as well was very kind and polite. He explained things in grave detail and showed me what needs to be done possibly in the future. Chad and John were here at my house today ,to install my heater and air conditioner system. They were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I have no complaints about any of the gentleman that men at my house over the last few days I will definitely recommend Holt and 72 degrees to others 😀
